So happy I decided to start laser hair removal here! Malahat was so sweet and made me feel comfortable despite how awkward lasering certain parts of your body may be. It’s evident that she’s experienced and knows exactly what she’s doing.
The clinic is also very clean and is taking the proper precautions which made me feel very comfortable.
I’ve only done one session so far and have already noticed a decrease in hair growth. Can’t wait for my next session!
So helpful and answered all my questions. Knows exactly how gentle to be. Very clean environment, spacious, and always a great vibe! Great suggestions on lashes that fit my face perfectly!
…Microneedling increases the production of collagen and other healing factors by causing trauma to the skin.
Procedure for microneedling
During the procedure, your doctor makes small pricks under the skin with a pen-like tool. The pinpricks are so small that you likely won’t notice them after the procedure. Your doctor will move the tool evenly across your skin so that the new skin that rejuvenates will be even, too.
Before getting started, your doctor will use a topical anesthetic to reduce the chances of pain. This is done about an hour before your treatment.
FAQ
How long does it take to see results from micro needling?
As soon as the deepest layers of your skin are penetrated by the needles, “micro-wounds” are created. This triggers your body's wound healing processes to heal your micro wounds immediately. However, the most dramatic results will not be visible until four to six weeks after treatment.
What does Micro Needling do for your skin?
About: Microneedling is a dermaroller procedure that uses small needles to prick the skin. The purpose of treatment is to generate new collagen and skin tissue for smoother, firmer, more toned skin. Microneedling is mostly used on the face and may treat various scars, wrinkles, and large pores.
How often should I do micro needling?
Micro-needling can be safely repeated every 4-6 weeks until you achieve the desired results. For collagen induction we recommend to start with 3 treatments, but with a minimum separation time of 4 to 6 weeks between treatments. For scar reduction an average of 3 to 6 treatments are recommended.
